While all members of the EuroMonde team are focused on the goal of identifying the ideal fit between candidate and client, each brings a specific skill set to the process. 

Adrian Marco
President - 1990 - Present
Mr. Marco founded EuroMonde in 1990 and heads the company’s French and Italian division. He has a Master’s Degree in Philosophy, a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel and Restaurant Management, and is fluent in six languages. He has been involved in personnel placement since 1983, and before relocating to New York lived and worked throughout Europe. He is an on-going proponent of excellence in service, and has established a reputation for a thoroughness in evaluation techniques that produces a high rate of satisfaction for both clients and candidates.

Michael Tomasz (Maciej Minkiewicz)
Recruiting Manager - Europe - 2006 - Present
Michael Tomasz was born in England to Polish parents. He was raised in Germany and lived and traveled throughout Europe until relocating to the U S in 2002. He is fluent in German and Polish. Since joining EuroMonde, Inc. in 2006 he has applied his in-depth knowledge of Germany and his cross-cultural background to the German business division, primarily within the Finance, Legal and Media industries.

Ian Dow
Financial services Consultant - 1990 - Present
A native of the U.K., Mr. Dow moved to the U.S. in 1985. He has specific expertise in executive search and consulting requirements for banks and financial service organizations throughout the world. His experience includes an in-depth knowledge of Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Corporate Finance and Banking. He is Chairman of the New York Advisory council for WLIW Channel 21 PBS, and is an active member of New York’s St. Andrew’s Society and the National Arts Club.

Susan Skaf
Consultant - 1990 - Present
Susan Skaf has almost 20 years experience in New York as a recruitment consultant, specializing in office support and middle management placement and works with both European and American corporate clients in New York City and Westchester. Having developed a solid reputation for providing a professional and personalized service to her client companies and candidates, Susan has a BA in modern languages from the UK as well as a postgraduate diploma in conference interpretation, and worked both as an interpreter and a multilingual executive assistant in the UK, France, Germany and Spain before settling in New York. Quite apart from her professional life, Susan devotes much of her time to her local school district as Chairperson of a PTA translation committee dedicated to helping non-English speaking families, and also serves on the Board of an international charity that raises funds to educate AIDS orphans in Zambia.

Suzanne Wolff
Managing Director
Ms. Wolff co-founded EuroMonde with Mr. Marco in 1990 and began her career in placement services as a bilingual recruitment specialist for clients and candidates requiring a specific focus on German. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in German from Gettysburg College in the United States and has lived and traveled extensively in Europe where she also studied at Philips University in Marburg, Germany.

Grace Báez
Executive Director
A major contributor to our growth, Ms. Báez was our Director for the Spanish and Portuguese division and managed a broad range of recruitment, counseling and placement responsibilities. She was also instrumental in the diversification of our services and the expansion of the core financial professional searches. With a Bachelor of Arts from New York’s Fordham University, Miss Báez is currently a Doctoral candidate at New York University.

Keren Messer
Client Development Manager
Keren Kol-Bar brings international experience to EuroMonde, Inc. having lived in Israel, Argentina, Uruguay, Switzerland and New York.  Keren graduated from University of Albany, State University of New York with a degree in Business and Psychology. With a strong administrative and accounting background, Keren is the Client Service Manager handling such areas including Administration, Accounting, Finance and Consumer goods. She handles temporary, temp-hire and part time staffing for our international clients, specifically requesting bilingual Spanish candidates.

James Gregory
Consultant
James Gregory is a graduate of the North Carolina School of the Arts and Indiana University at Bloomington where he studied piano, organ, and music theory respectively. He was a Fulbright Grant recipient in 1995 for post-graduate studies in organ, church music, and improvisation at the Universität für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Vienna, Austria. In 2006 he joined the team at EuroMonde, Inc.  He liaises with current and prospective clients, handles marketing, and helps maintain the company’s client database. He is also active as a freelance opera singer in the New York area and the Organist of Our Lady of Victories Roman Catholic Church in Harrington Park, New Jersey.
